48:What to do when you are feeling behind or not enough.
Sometimes a hyper focus on growth and goals keeps your focus in the future.
This makes you feel less than or not enough as where you are today vs. where you want to go are light years away.
What you need to do when these feelings set in is reset your mindset to TODAY!
1. Celebrate your wins this far!
2. Create simple habits that you can consistently perform to get progress today.
3. Define success today (not tomorrow) and make that your mission for your day!
