What lead me here...

I’ve spent over 20 years in the homebuilding industry, a space where women still make up only a small fraction of the room. I started as a sales intern and worked my way up to Director of Sales, learning firsthand what it takes to rise in a male-dominated field. But my path wasn’t a straight climb. It was full of no’s, detours, demotions, and pivots I never saw coming.

At one point, I even stepped away from corporate altogether to try entrepreneurship full time — chasing alignment, not just achievement. Eventually, I found my way back to corporate, but this time on my own terms. Today, I’m proud to have built a career I love and a mission that fuels me: helping women make bold moves and lead their way.

My journey hasn’t been just about career growth, it’s also been deeply personal. After a six-year battle with infertility and the emotional ups and downs of IVF, I became a mom to two beautiful daughters. That experience taught me more about patience, strength, and faith than any job title ever could. It also shifted my priorities. 

Everything I share, whether it’s a story, a strategy, or a simple reminder that you’re not alone, comes from lived experience. From working inside Fortune 500 companies to investing in my own personal development and learning through the school of hard knocks, I’ve gathered the lessons so your climb can be a little easier.

Because I know it’s not always easy. But it’s never impossible.
